Plant portraits will probably feature a lot in this 366 as I love gardening (a real amateur though!) and photographing plants and gardens is a real passion, especially close up.

Spring IS just around the corner
On one of the coldest days of the winter so far I take heart from all the many signs of spring. My garden is full of shoots - some weeds admittedly - but mostly tulips, daffodils, bluebells, alium, crocuses and more. Glad to see that all that hard work planting over 100 bulbs in October has paid off. I've brought a little bit of Spring inside with this little pot of dwarf tulips.
