Crochet that is. I love knitting and keep spotting wonderful things I want to crochet. So I met up with my friend Jo today to learn to crochet some quick flowers for my beanie hats. Her nimble fingers (photographed) produced flowers at a rate of knots (excuse the pun!) whilst mine got tangled and I got mardy (Derbyshire expression for sulky and angry and frustrated!). This is the second time I've been defeated by crocheting (read about the first time here if you want) and I'm not giving up yet. Jo runs courses in lots of lovely crafty things so I'm going to go along and give it a final go - third time lucky.
Two things struck me as I edited today's 366 picture - I could do a whole month of pics of hands at some point - having already done hands holding camera this week. Secondly I hadn't thought of using photoshop effects but as this project is designed to be a learning, developing project for me, taking me outside the norm, out of my comfort zones, then why not!? Although I promise not to go too mad.
